Cynthia just wants to pet your cat

She doesn't mean you any harm, she is just befriending the kitty!

This painting was originally done for Tyler Edlin's monthly challenge with the theme 'creepy but wholesome or wholesome but creepy' so I decided to face my fears and paint a creepy horror lady (in a bedroom suspiciously similar to my own..) combined with my biggest joy: cats! I had a lot of fun with this piece, and now everytime I am home alone in my darkened bedroom and my brain decides to think: 'what if there was a creepy horror lady standing right over there' I just imagine it's Cynthia looking for the cat (:
